Hello;

      I have a cylinder with a hole through it. I want to create a set screw hole perpendicular that will go through to the hole but I'm having trouble. I offset a plane to the tangent edge of the cylinder but can't seem to get a accurate location. First real world drawing I'm doing in the software, so it's probably simple. I've done it alot in mdt, by just dimensioning a point on like the plane 2 on the center line. I've attached the file.
