I have both SW 2009 & 2010loaded and want to load 2011 in addition

The four options offered by the20100 installation1program  are as follows?

Modify the individual installation

Repair the individual installation

Administrative image

Server Products

I don't want to "Modify the individual installation"I want to add a new installation. So what do i do?
