I need to come up with list of files which are pending transition action from a particular user.

For example I need to know list of all '%.SLDDRW' files which are pending for review from 'USER_A' where in 'USER_B' and 'USER_C' _might_ have reviewed them.

Once the 'USER_A' reviews the file he moves the file into a one of  the appropriate states. 

I am trying to use TransitionHistory table along with User but being new to SQL and internals of PDM databases I am finding it difficult.
