I'm having a problem, I suspect it may be a bug.

I have a modeled part with some toleranced dimensions. My goal is to be able to use Smart Dimension in drawing mode to dimension these features and have it accurately display the precision / tolerance that exists in the part dimension. Earlier in my career I know I was able to do this using a different machine and SW2012

When I try using this method of linking tolerance to the part, it doesn't seem to work (no tolerance is applied, even when re-applying the tolerance.

When i try using this method, i discovered that the supposed "Link precisions with model" checkbox does not exist.

Am I approaching this problem correctly? If so, am I experiencing a bug?
