Hello,

I Have a question for anyone who is familiar with linking equations to features using Smart Dimensions.

Currently, I am capable of linking to my dimensions in my sketch to defined equations using the Smart Dimension feature (pretty standard stuff).

Now, I am looking to extrude my sketch to form a 3D part (again, pretty standard).  Unfortunetly, the thickness of the extrusion is dependant on a global variable which i have defined in my equations, and I cannot seem to link the thickness of the extrusion to the variable.  I know this is possible with the Smart Dimension feature, I just don't know how!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
