At the completion of a drawing we normally have to create a PDF and dwg version of the solidworks drawing. These are also stored in the vault.

Is it possible to drag the data/variables stored in the drawing file into a dwg or PDF file?  At the moment we currently save the PDF and cad file into the correct folder and then manually enter in the necessary data into the appropriate data card. Can be very time consuming when you have a large number of files.

We have linked our parts, assemblies and drawing files such that they all share common data like descriptions, part and drawing numbers etc but would like to take this a step further with our PDF and cad files
