I am trying to create easy to use Library Features to inert in parts that have a tolerance and precision defined in the library part features.

I have created a library part, inserted a countersink hole, edited the sketch that that controls the size of the countersink and angle to change the tolerances accordingly to suite my intention. I have ensured the "Link Precision With Model" box is checked in my drafting standard. After testing, applying the feature to a dummy part and creating a drawing and dimensioning the countersunk hole, my bilateral tolerance comes thru however I am unable to control the precision from my model.

Any advice or workaround is appreciated.
