I'm trying to implement the method from https://forum.solidworks.com/message/322770#322770 to configure balloons to use a custom property known as "PartNo" by default.  However, the drop down only lists the SW- properties and none of my other custom properties.  They are visible if editing a balloon from the drawing but not through document properties. 

Why are they missing from my list only when setting the default?
