Good Evening all.

I have got this above situation where i have made linear pattern for the holes above a 800 mm long  slot. the 2 holes at the corners must always be 6mm offset from the slot which make the distance between every hole 162.4.

I want to develop an equation where if i change the length of the 1000mm long plate the length of the inners slot changes and also the number of holes( should increase or decrease depending upon the length ). only requirement is that the distance between the holes should never be less than 150mm. can anyone give me a suggestion as to how should i make the equation.
