Anyone know why this is happening? This drawing has 2 dimensions that are from a large radius to a small hole center. Solidworks puts a line thru the dimensions; I can't figure out how to make it change to format like the other dimensions (centered, no line thru dim). This only happens in this situation.  See the attached screen shot.

We use SolidWorks 2012 sp5
