We have recently upgraded to SW2010 in two locations and users in 1 location are having issues getting licenses on what seems to be a random basis.

The error I see in the license manager log is always along the following lines if a user cannot get in

16:05:03 (SW_D) UNSUPPORTED: "swsustainability" (PORT_AT_HOST_PLUS)  @ (License server system does not support this feature. (-18, 327:10054 ""))

It does not seem to matter how many licenses are available on the license server.

The error occurs only sometimes and for different users. Most of the time they can get in, and when they cannot if they try again later it will let them in though sometimes not for a while.

The error can occur either directly opening a file or starting the application from the executable.

Restarting the service does not fix the problem.
