I was recently contacted by someone who would like to buy a license for one of my models, with the intent of using the model and its derived images in printed publications.  I'm all for this idea, but I need to know what the best way would be to go about making this arrangemement, as well as what a fair price would be for both parties.  Should there be legal documents, etc?
