I’m trying to resolve an issue with a SOLIDWORKS 2015 perpetual license.

The license is currently activated on a computer that is no longer available, and we need to release the activation so we can use the license on another computer.

Unfortunately, we no longer have the contact information for the reseller who originally sold us the license. We do have the license serial number.

Does anyone know how I can contact SOLIDWORKS Support directly to get assistance with this? Is there an official support channel where I can request the activation to be released or identify the original reseller?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
