What is the best method of creating features that are the same structure and shape but only change dimensionally.  I find I am recreating the same features and sketches for the same basic features.  For example feet are added to a pump casing, the shape is always the same except height, thickness, angle, etc.

How do I capture the feature and set it up so I can drag and drop into a new part, thus reusing the sketch and feature with a quick adjustment to the dimensions?
