Hi guys, I know nothing about programming at all, but have been keen to learn since my friends played around with QBasic years ago.

I am particularly keen to start creating macros for SolidWorks - with that in mind, where should I get started? VB for Dummies? I know Luke Malpass has a couple of books on SolidWorks API - are these suitable for absolute beginners?
