I usually work in SW2009 to avoid back-compatibility problems, but right now I'm working in SW2011, using the same templates, and all of my hole callouts are now coming out with leading zeroes.  The Document Properties for Leading Zeroes in Dimensions in both my parts and drawings are shown as Remove.  I've tried switching that to Show or Standard and back again, but it doesn't seem to change anything.

Again, the hole callouts in SW2009 come out fine (no leading zeroes).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
