A layout tool with some new features.

* Layout component in Design Library
   Defined only as "up direction", No mates is needed to use them.

   They will automatically mate on the ground / floor or ontop other objects- like Lego blocks.

* Snap to underlaying DWG file.
  When inserting a 2D sketch it would be great if an inserted component would snap

   to the floor and entities in the sketch automatically.

* Move component in grid system.
  No needs to use mates. When moving the components they will snap to the next grid.

* Do not rotate under "X-Y plane" setting
  There should be a setting not to rotate under the ground. (also in eDrawing)

* Hinge behavior
   When editing a layout, panning & rotation on the plane is the most common.

  A hinge behaviour between components would help editing.

  This comes from one of our biggest customer that makes plant design.
