Can anyone tell me what I am missing here?

I am running windows 7 SP 1. according to the windows site this is the latest SP.

I have and Nvidia Quadro 4000

I'm running SW 2014 SP 5

I plug that into the SW graphics card drivers page

I already have 320.78 driver installed. so thought I should try the 331.82 to see if it might fix some tiny graphics "issues" I am having and It tells me this...

can anyone tell me what I have done wrong? what I am missing here? please....
