I can't figure out how to do a laser path. The picture has a red squiggly line that I started with a spline. I was wondering if there was a way to pattern a "sine wave" looking radius or line similar to the spline I hand drawn (but uniform - not a hand made spline). The sine wave can be radiuses that are tangent. The length of the wave can be 2-3 mm pitch (doesn't matter that much). It needs to fit in the "raceway" pictured below, but go all the way around.
I tried making a surface and doing a curve pattern, but couldn't figure out how to make it work. I suspect this is a "intersecting surfaces" job (I don't know how to do anything in surfaces, they frustrate me). This could even be done in a 2D sketch, because the output will be DXF for my laser guy.
I included the simplified SolidWorks 2019 file.
Thank you for any help you may give me,
