I am new to using SolidWorks Flow Simulation. I am trying to run a simple laminar flow over a flat plate with constant heat flux analysis. I used SDC "An Introduction to SolidWorks Flow Simulation" (Chapter 2 Flat Plate Boundary Layer) as a guide however I tried to add a constant heat flux (q" = 5e+015 W/m^2) at a certain location (Image 2 between 10 and 10.01mm) but when I run my analysis the Temperature plot that is created does not seem correct(Image 1). I believe my issue lies in defining my Heat Source (Image 5) but I dont fully understand how to define it. I am sure it is user error and was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction.
