My boss just had his keyboard shortcuts reset to the defaults while he was using them in a drawing.

I watched him restart SW and his keyboard shortcuts were restored, without using the wizard.

So is there a shortcut to reset the keyboard shortcuts...?

or some reason they would reset while one is working??

His toolbars were still custom, so it wasn't everything, just the keyboard shortcuts.

Would a dead keyboard reset the shortcuts?

He did mention he had plugged in his keyboard to charge when he realized something was amiss with his shortcuts.
