I made a drawing view of my model. I dimensioned everything and added notes & balloons. I decided I wanted to use a different scale. When I change the scale all of the text stays in the same location on the sheet. I want the text to stay where I had it in relation to the geometry. Right now I have to go move all of my text back where I want it. The text is still attached to the view and moves with the view if i drag it around the sheet.
