Keep constrains after body Fillet

Hi all, I've been searching, searching searching for an answer. But I didn't find out how to do this:

Im working on (my first complex) SW assembly. Now I've been stupid enough to model every single part and element as a simple cornered box (and making other sketches and parts dependent on those edges)

At this time, I've come to make things more appealing and I want to make a couple of renders. To do that, I want to fillet a lot of corners and edges.

But by doing so, I'm screwing up all the existing constraints.

Q:

Is there a Solidworks option 'Keep constrained corners' (like in the 'sketch fillet') in the body fillet feature?

Any less pro solutions, like fixing all sketches and parts and fillet aftwerwards is also ok (since it's just for rendering).
