Hello:

I just bought a maker license and started installing. I got as far as installing the launcher and I'm supposed to be able to click "continue" to install the designer. The screen just stops after installing the launcher - the launcher is running in my system tray, I ran the diagnostics and it failed on the last test can't connect to the launcher. I've reset internet options to default, I've turned off my anti-virus, I've uninstalled and re-installed the launcher - nothing. You can't connect to anyone at the company for support - I'm losing it. If I can't get a solution soon, I'm canceling my subscription and Solid Works will not be getting a good review on Google reviews.

Someone please help!
