When an ordinate dimension leader line is jogged, and then that jog position is dragged into the view (i.e. to avoid positioning over other features) that position of the jog should be anchored relative to the model, and not as a fixed length from the row of dimensions in the ordinate. So, if I drag the ordinate set to move all the dimension text closer or further from the view, all jogged leader lines should stay as they are and not be dragged out of position.
