I can jog a diameter dimension but I need to eliminate the short leader (if that's the correct term) so that the dimension ends up as shown in image below.

The red 'X' shows the element that I want to remove, and the red line shows what I'm trying to achieve. (sorry for the jagged appearance!)

The part is a tapered cylinder.
