Hello everyone,

I'm running into an issue with the 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher and could really use some help from the community. I am currently using the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students offer. My apps were working perfectly fine previously, but recently they stopped launching entirely.

I ran the Launcher Diagnostics, and as you can see in the attached "Screenshot 2026-06-22 233855.png", almost all the checks pass—including the registry, local permissions, and the SSL certificate on port 20300. However, it fails at the very last step with this specific error message:

[X] Failed to connect to the Launcher (HttpSendRequest 12037)

I have already tried a lot of different solutions to troubleshoot this on my end, but nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone else encountered this HttpSendRequest 12037 error or know what steps I need to take to get my apps running again?
