Hi All,

I am conducting a static study on a steel vat assembly.

When trying to run the simulation, I get the error in the image below when I try to run the study after meshing. 

1. I used the Cavity feature for a few components in this assembly e.g. at the junction of the legs of the vat and the walls. I wonder if that is causing the bonding issue.

2. After clicking “OK” on the error message , the study does complete, but I am unsure if the different components are interacting properly and loads are being transferred correctly.

3. If I switch the global bonding formulation to node-to-surface, the error disappears and the study runs to completion. However, Solidworks displays a warning during the solving process that this is a "simplified" interaction, so I’m unsure whether the results are reliable. 

I would appreciate any feedback.
