There is a problem with submitting multiple SRs in a row in the customer protal, if you try to submit a second SR you will get the following error:
The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[09:06:44]
Once yuo see the message the work-around is to do the following:
-With Internet Explorer as the active window hit the Alt key
-Go to the File Menu->Start a new session
-Now you shuold be able to submit issues again
To avoid the issue to begin with:
-Submit the first SR
-Before clicking new click the Customer Portal link in the top right corner of the screen
