Is the IsFastener functionality still functioning in SW09 and beyond?

I'm unable to get it to work in these versions. Ithe only confirmations I can find for it are more than a year old. It doesn't show up in the list of properties, it doesn't seem to do its stuff in PDMw, or in assembly section views.

Any ideas?
