The release notes for Beta3 contains conflicting information saying that Beta3 PDM is expected to support Windows 10, but also says everything is compatible with Windows 10 except PDM. I imagine this didn't get updated completely for Beta3.

I'm wondering whether PDM can be tested in Windows 10 or not for Beta3 or if it won't be supported until SP0.
