I've nearly finished my pen assembly. I'm just trying to get it fully defined. I can get sketches fully defined quite easily by adding dimensions and relations wherever I think they should belong. Do I do the same with mates in an assembly or is there an easier way?

Also the answer to this may be an obvious yes, but I'll ask anyway to be sure. Is a fully defined assembly just as important as fully defined sketches?
