I have tried numerous methods for creating this style of arrowhead, but the only way I can do it is to suppress one dimension line and draw a circle filled with a hatch pattern. I would like to just change one arrowhead to a single dot with no line running through the dimension. Tried changing to a dot, then changing the size of the arrowhead, but it applies to both, so I get a dot with no line, but the other arrowhead is an arrow with no line.

Any solution?
