Historically we have done our tolerance analysis via spreadsheet. The driving dimensions and tolerances are at the beginning, followed by the math and results. That way if a specific dimension or tolerance changes, the results will update for any stack that is affected.
It seems that with tolanalyst, it can only be done one study at a time. If a study warrants a change, then I have to go back and reevaluate other studies I have done. This iteration could be tedious, as there are always tradeoffs.
A helpful solution would be to use the standard dimxpert inputs and identify the tolanalyst procedure for each desired output dimensions, then have it give the results for all of those dimensions in one table. When a driving dimension is selected it could highlight which of the output dimensions are affected and allow the user to evaluate the tradeoffs.
