I have a drawing I am trying to use as a reference for a similar (derived) part. Normally I can change a reference or use the "Replace Model" command to swap the part and most dimensions will link.

These are strange drawings in that no drawings seems to be the first place "Primary" drawing that normally allows me to change the view orientation. Any advice on how to change the view orientation on a drawing that does not pop up the desired menu shown below?
