Is there a way to change note box visibility in a drawing?

After reading SW help on Notes I know you can find a note box by hovering over it so the mouse cursor changes to have an "A" and a little green square like so:

But the problem I have is when I go hunting and don't know there are multiple notes in an area or on top of one another.

This looks like one note right? Nope.

When I entered data into my custom properties the linked notes filled in automatically, but I found that I had accidentally moved the linked notes from MFG APPR and QA on top of ENG APPR and when I couldn't find them where they belonged I just added new notes.

So is there a way to show the note boxes? I didn't see anything in Document Properties>Annotations>Notes or DocProps>Detailing.

I just want something like this to show where notes exist.
