Everything I can find on bend tables seems to be based around the starting task of "Open the example and modify it." What I cannot find is an actually thorough tutorial which breaks out every section of the table and explains it. I am looking essentially for a tutorial that would take me from a blank new excel sheet or notepad file and get me a working gauge table. This is because I've tried modifying existing bend tables and more times than not I end up with format errors where they either won't import at all or the worst is when they work right up until I need to make a flat... and then they fail.
