Does Solidworks offer an online learning subsription?  PTC (pro-e) offered a package called eLearning (read about here: http://store.ptc.com/store?SiteID=ptc&Locale=en_US&Action=DisplayProductDetailsPage&productID=58915000&pgm=78875200&ThemeID=21925700) which basically had online modules you could log into and do training on at your conveniance.  I came from Pro-e and my previous employer purchased this eLearning training package.  It offered a wide range of topics on the software and was very beneficial.
