I am an intermittent user of Solidworks in a small business, so I can't justify the full licence cost.  I'm looking for a low cost way of getting assess to Solidworks when I need it.

For example,

• Is there a low cost option from Solidworks for startups, or a pay-per-usage licence?
• is there an online provider of Solidworks that allows users to borrow a licence for the allowed 30 days.  In other words, the provider would have Solidworks installed on their network, and allow other users to borrow a 30 day licence for a fee.
