Is SW2016 SP0 more stable than SW2015 SP4.0?

My coworkers and I have found SW2015 to be more unstable than the previous few versions of SW.  (SW is crashing as I write this)  In our office, we usually wait at least unit SP1 comes out before upgrading to the newest version (to allow a few of the bugs to be works out).  I'm wondering if we would be better off upgrading now instead of waiting.  But before we upgrade, I thought I would try to get an idea if the general SW user population seems to think that SW2016 crashes less often.
