"No preview during open (faster)" option is appeared in SW2018 or before,but is disappeared in SW2019.

2019 api - System Options > Performance

So I changed "swPerformancePreviewDuringOpen" settings with API function,

but the behavior didn't change in SW2019.

(The mothod is effective in SW2018 or before.)

Are there alternative settings or options about opening documents?
