Is it too much to ask for working software?

Seems like the recent update (early Dec. 2025) has been performing like a word I'd prefer not to say, on many users machines. We pay good money that we work hard for and this is what we get.

My SolidWorks application completely deleted itself from my machine months ago and now it has done it again. We see cosmetic action buttons that do nothing especially on the dashboard. Not sure the 'Install' button has ever done anything.

More often than not (I have fast internet and a fast processor), when saving parts the application simply crashes and you lose that save period. 

Not to mention the bugginess of the install method, and the garbage 3D experience website.

Might be time to use a cracked version or switch platforms entirely after this.

And nothing from the devs.......
