Dear users,

I need in some help about the simulation of evaporation process in drying systems. I would like to know that, is it possible to simulate the evaporation of water/or moisture from the surface of wet material, using SW Flow Simulation 2011? For simplicity, let's take a piece of tomato or potato, and see the evaporation from its surfaces under given condition of temperature and humiditiy and so on.
