Is it possible to set up multiple cold storage schemas?

I am wondering if its possible to have more than one cold storage schema. I would like to fewer versions in some folders in the vault than in others, and possibly have different folders for the archive files as well. It looks as the EPDM will let you create mulitple schemas, anyone know if it will work?
