Hello everyone, this is my first time posting in the Solidworks forums and I really need some help with linked properties. By the way, I am running Solidworks 2012.  I am trying to make my notes list a linked property on our drawing templates, but the program doesn't seem to want to recognize a numbered list, as opposed to a single line item.  I have created a custom property template, which will allow me to enter a numbered list, but when I switch to the drawing window, I lose anything past item #1.  The text window is adequately sized on the drawing.  I know that I can simply add these notes on the drawing, but I prefer to add as much information as I can in the actual part file.  I am of the belief that Solidworks can do just about anything, so please tell me it can do this. 

I have attached screen shots that might make this problem a little easier to understand.  The first screenshot is before I exit the part window, the second screenshot is after I return to the part, and the last is a view of the linked property box in my drawing view.
