Is it possible for the volume source to be a specific region of the fluid?

We have a nuclear reactor design project in which the fuel is contained in a salt mixture.  For this simulation we are assuming fission occures only in the reactor core.

Essentially fission behaves as a heat source mixed in the fluid for a specified region.  Is it possible to model this with Solid Works Flow Simulation?

Is there some way to specify a volume source in the flow which has no properties of its own and does not disturb flow, but does yield its energy to the fluid?
