I am trying to figure out a way to pin a leader line of a balloon to a dimension line or and axis. We currently use the geometric tolerance tool to place nozzle call outs on water tank drawings. they work great since you can tie them to a dimension line. The problem is that it is time consuming to enter in each callouts. I have been able to make the balloons pull the config name which is what I am after. But i need to tie that balloon down.
