Is "" required in the name of an as welded configuration for proper display of the cut list in a drawing?

If I do not have "" in the name of the as-welded configuration, the as-welded configuration is not available to select when adding a cut list to a drawing.

ex. ConfigurationName v.s. ConfigurationName

I do not remember this being a problem in versions prior to 2018.
