Hi, I bought the xDesign  version of solidworks so I could use any electronic to use solidworks, and for some reason, even though I bought it, got email from them, I cannot use 3D Experience website for it.  It says "You don't have access to this 3D experience platform".  Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
