Nearing retirement, and have previously done rotordynamic studies with legacy code (older matrix methods) and know of more recent efforts with ANSYS, but never actually did this first hand.  Hoping to find some examples using SW simulation dynamics w/ gyroscopic effects as a shortcut to getting started.  One can hope right?
